- CSMC – Suzanne and David Saperstein Critical Care Tower
An 8-story, $158.5-million OSHPD facility, with a gross total of 249,308 sq. ft. is an additional tower at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center complex which is adjacent to Cedars Outpatient Cancer Center. The facility is a mix-use of inpatient/outpatient, diagnostic and treatment services. The tower complete with rooftop heliport, connects to the existing North Patient Tower building via seven enclosed glass and metal clad pedestrian bridges.
