Renovation and preservation of a historic three story building façade of unreinforced masonry; including remodeling the lobby area of the adjacent two story 6-plex Mann Theaters wherein the building is also used as an entrance to the Theaters. The building has 32 residential units with the ground floor being used for retail lease space.
